Below are the most common questions and answers related to my Manchester wedding photography service:
q: What’s included in the service you provide?
a: Manchester wedding photography service includes:
- full day photography
- consultation in person or via Skype
- high-resolution digital negatives on a USB flash drive
- a wooden presentation box
- a back-up USB drive
- web-sized copies of each photo with watermark protection
- an online gallery for the duration of two years
q: What about outside of Manchester?
a: Although Manchester wedding photography is my main thing, I will gladly travel outside of Lancashire to capture your special day. Please ask me for details.
q: What about destination weddings?
a: I will be more than happy to travel with you! Please ask me for details.
q: How long will you be with us on the day?
a: For as long as I am needed, really – there is no limit.
q: How many photos will we get?
a: Typically between 600 and 800, possibly more. No limits here either.
q: Will the photos be watermark free?
a: Yes – they will come in high resolution and with no watermark.
I will also provide web-sized copies of every photo (for you to share via emails, Facebook etc.) and these will come with a personalised watermark to protect them from online theft.
q: How soon can you deliver the photos?
a: I should be able to deliver them to you within 3-4 weeks after the big day. I process them all individually, hence the timescale.
q: What’s an “engagement session” that I keep hearing about?
a: This is a very good question. An engagement session (also known as “pre-wedding shoot”) is a photoshoot featuring you and your partner before the wedding. It doesn’t have to take place during your actual engagement – it’s more of a photo session during which relieve the big question and the even bigger answer that followed.
There is more to it than that though. The biggest advantage of an engagement session is that it allows you to familiarise yourself with me as your photographer. I wrote a short article explaining how much difference it can make on the actual wedding day. You can read it here.
q: How much time do you spend on a typical wedding?
a: Approximately 60 hours, including the engagement shoot and travel time. The most time consuming part is manual processing of all the individual photos – 30 to 40 hours easily.
q: Are you insured?
a: Yes. Please let me know if your venue requires the details.
q: Can we see your branding?
a: No problem! Please see below:
